SunSpanish Policies
GROUP and PRIVATE Classes
Our group classes are small - no more than six students - to provide the optimum learning experience for you,
with individual attention and the opportunity to learn from the teacher and other students.
Our Private classes are one hour (60 minutes) one-on-one with a native-speaking teacher.
All First-time students need to learn the "Don Jose" method and register for the introductory class.
"FIRST STEPS" Introductory class
IN Person VIrtual / ZOOM
Students may register at any time for the "FIRST STEPS" introductory classes and may book additional continuing First Steps classes as many times as needed to feel prepared for the next step: BEG-INT
In addition, the teacher will track the student's progress and advise accordingly.
Class & registration fees are non-refundable
While we suggest that you try to be consistent in attending the same day and time, we recognize that personal schedules vary and we are flexible in facilitating additional classes when cancelled and booked again with the JaneApp.
You will be able to attend more than one weekly class pending seat availability as coordinating with the teacher.
PLEASE let us know via the [email protected] email address when you plan to miss a class, all teachers have access to this email and your message will help us coordinate with our staff as well as with you to reschedule your classes as well as offer your vacant seat to other interested students.
For us to financially be able to continue providing small group classes,
we require students to help us by booking in a timely fashion.
Students are welcome to discuss their personal calendar with the teacher during their class
to accommodate alternative schedules when booking.

PRIVATE Classes
PRIVATE MASTER
for students not taking concurrent group classes: $150/class
PRIVATE SENIOR
for students taking two private classes per week: $100/class
PRIVATE DUO
for two students sharing the class: $75/ea. student

Canceling a private session
You must cancel with the Jane app
at least 48 hours in advance to receive credit.
