SunSpanish Policies
GROUP and PRIVATE Classes
Our group classes are small - no more than six students - to provide the optimum learning experience for you,
with individual attention and the opportunity to learn from the teacher and other students.
Our Private classes are one hour (60 minutes) one-on-one with a native-speaking teacher.
First-time students with NO prior Spanish learning experience register for the
"FIRST STEPS" classes

Students may register at any time for the "FIRST STEPS" four classes and may register again for an additional four sessions as many times as needed to feel prepared for the next step: BEG-INT
In addition, the teacher will track the student's progress and advise accordingly.
BEG-INT and INT-ADV monthly fees are due on the day of the month the student initially registered.
The monthly pre-payment fee is required prior to class attendance.
Students register for a specific day of the week and may attend additional weekly group class during the month upon requesting and coordinating with the teacher at least 24 Hrs. prior to the next scheduled session. The teacher will confirm the students participation pending available seats.
New interested students may join a first time complementary group class upon requesting a seat via the website contact form.
please plan to remain a few minutes afterwards so the teacher can talk with you, provide you with additional information and respond to you questions.
For those eager to learn rapidly, our experience tells us that the ideal combination is to attend at least one group class per week in combination with private lessons.
BEG-INT and INT-ADV monthly pre-registration fees are $400
PRIVATE and DUO Classes are 10 sessions pre-registration packages

Enrollment is monthly, just like registering in a gym or similar membership.
Payment expires monthly and does not roll over to the next month.
SunSpanish will not be sending you a monthly bill.
The student shall keep personal track of the monthly payment due date
SunSpanish will never charge recurring monthly fees to your credit card.
Registration fees are non-refundable
unless a pre-arrangement calendar is scheduled with SunSpanish before registration.
We strongly suggest students register early to reserve their seat
and to contact our class coordinator promptly by using the email

to confirm class participation.
We will send you the ZOOM link invitation
within 8 hrs. before the scheduled session.
While we suggest that you try to be consistent in attending the same day and time, we recognize that personal schedules vary and we are flexible in facilitating additional classes when requested promptly.
You will be able to attend more than one weekly class pending seat availability as coordinating with the teacher.
PLEASE let us know via the [email protected] email address when you plan to miss a class, all teachers have access to this email and your message will help us coordinate with our staff as well as with you to reschedule your classes as well as offer your vacant seat to other interested students.

For us to financially be able to continue providing small group classes,
we require students to help us by registering in a timely fashion.
Students are welcome to discuss their personal calendar with the teacher before their monthly classes
to accommodate alternative schedules when registering.
Note: Any of these conversational workshops are valid
for our group students to make up a missing class

PRIVATE 2
for students taking two private classes per week: $125/class
PRIVATE 3
for students enrolled in at least one group class per week: $100/class

for two students sharing the class: $75/ea. student
